The automatic control of request and energy for evaporation is
done for every controlled dryer, without operator intervention
in the machine steam supply or speed.
The control over these factors, especially on the optimum steam
pressure in every machine sedion is usually hard to ensure.
Through AV ENGINEERING:
Machine reaches the maximum in productivity, by eliminating paper
peaking problems, especially in first group of dryers after the presses.
It is ensured the computer control (or the connection with the
existing one) of the automated equipment functions. The automation
system is based on DCS connections,
via
MOD-BUS lines.
It is ensured the perfect control over the temperature of the first dryer, which
is essential to avoid over-heating in paper break situations.
This control allows
production
restart in
optimum conditions, in max. 30-40 sec.
It also provides:
Control of the dryer (or dryers) where flooding randomly may appear,
Control"multi - point" of the mechanical components part of the system
(valves, level indicators, pressure gauges, centrifugai pumps, etc), which provides
instant information.
