Based on its software performances, there can be done the following estimation:
Calculation of condensate amount in each dryer, instantaneously determined.
Simulation of aerothermic process, pocket ventilation and steam distribution in the system. Verifying and optimizing the energy consumption at a certain production level,
with forecasting of results and performances. Possible calculation and checking of fIow, pressure, etc. in each pipe line sector, valve or controlled valve under the requested production parameters, (speed, paper width, grammage, main steam pressure, D P, etc.)
Checking of technical means for an increased production of the machine (speed capability,
existing piping and equipment).
